For nine years, The Standard has been bringing women together for empowerment, connection, healing, deliverance, and transformation.

God gave Pastor Erica Nathan the vision to create a space where women from all walks of life could come together to network, connect, grow, be empowered, and experience God in a real way.

What began as a Women’s Empowerment Brunch quickly became so much more. Year after year, what started as empowerment would turn into REVIVAL!  Women came expecting to be encouraged, but God would meet us in the room. There has been prayer, worship, healing, deliverance, restoration, breakthrough, and lives transformed in His presence.

And that's the heart of The Standard.

It's where empowerment meets encounter. Where women can build relationships and businesses, but also strengthen their faith. Where we can laugh, network, shop, learn, worship, pray, heal, and leave better than we came.

Now, in Year 9, the vision is expanding again.

Welcome to The Standard Women’s Experience 2026: UNLEASHED—a two-day experience created to equip, empower, connect, and challenge women to break through every limitation and walk boldly in everything God has placed inside of them.
