Beyond the world of beauty, Pastor Erica is also the visionary behind E Nathan Design Studio, an event venue and design company known for creating meaningful and unforgettable experiences. Her ability to merge creativity, excellence, and purpose has made her a sought-after leader in both hairstyling and event design.
What truly sets Pastor Erica apart is her unwavering devotion to God and her deep love for people. As the founder and shepherd of Elevate Memphis Church, she leads with compassion, authenticity, and spiritual authority. Family remains at the heart of Pastor Erica’s life. She is a loving wife to her husband, Derrick, a devoted mother to her daughter, Jada, a bonus mother to Laderricka, Jamila, Derrick Jr., and Destiny, and a proud grandmother to her two grandsons, Ace and Major.
