She is the founder and shepherd of Elevate Memphis Church, a serial entrepreneur, and a passionate leader committed to empowering individuals spiritually, personally, and professionally. With more than 30 years of excellence in the beauty industry, Pastor Erica is a master hairstylist and the owner of E Nathan Hair Studio, E Nathan Design Studio, and E Nathan Beauty Bar, where she continues to serve clients with skill, integrity, and care.
Whether in the church, the marketplace, or the community, Pastor Erica has faithfully used every platform entrusted to her to inspire others and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Her passion for transformation has led to the creation of several impactful initiatives, including The Standard Women's Empowerment Network, The Double Standard Youth & Young Adult Empowerment Network, Women Who Brunch, The Pink Table Salon Talk, the Elevate with Erica Mentoring Program, and The Prayer Clinic.
Family is central to her life. She is a devoted wife to her husband, Derrick, a loving mother to her daughter, Jada, a bonus mother to LaDerricka, Jamila, Derrick Jr., and Destiny, and a proud grandmother to her grandsons, Ace and Major. Above all, Pastor Erica's life reflects her deep love for the Lord and her commitment to helping others grow in faith and purpose.
