As a licensed and ordained Evangelist, she uses her platform at the salon to inspire, empower, and share the gospel of Jesus Christ with others. Family is at the heart of Erica's life, and she cherishes her role as a loving wife to her husband Derrick, devoted mother to her daughter, Jada and bonus mother to Laderricka, Jamila, Derrick Jr., and Destiny and her two grandsons Ace and Major.
